Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the start of Semester 2, I would like to inform you of an important adjustment to our school schedule. Due to the four academic school days missed in August because of the unrest, the Grace Board has requested that we make up for these lost days in the upcoming semester.
To accommodate this, starting from 7th January 2024, the school day for Grace Primary Campus will be extended by 15 minutes. Our new school hours will be from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, for the entirety of Semester 2, which runs until 12th June 2024.
Additionally, this change brings our schedule in line with that of the GSS school timings, ensuring better coordination for families with children attending both campuses.
The additional 15 minutes each day will ensure that learning objectives for each year level are met and that all necessary content is covered.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we make this adjustment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Ms Alison or myself.
Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Kind regards,
Mr. Barnden

We look forward to celebrating this joyful occasion with you!
Dear GPS Parents,
As we head toward our Christmas plays, we would like to introduce a Christmas Costume donation/exchange program. Every year families are making new costumes and the price is adding up and many people have old unused costumes in their closets. We would love to collect gently used Christmas costumes from previous years and then have a Christmas Costume Jumble Sale/Exchange.
This is how it works:
1. Send in any gently used Christmas costumes you don’t want or need to school with your child by Wednesday, November 6.
2. For every costume you donate, you will also receive a ticket which entitles you to a free costume at the Christmas Costume Jumble Sale/Exchange.
3. Come to the Christmas Costume/Jumble Sale on Thursday, November 7 at GPS beginning at 2:30pm to look through our collected Christmas costumes to see if any will work for your child. First come, first serve. Sizes and availability may vary.
If you don’t have any costumes to donate, you can still come try to find a costume and give a small donation which will go towards our Christmas program costs. The GPS teachers have also said they will be flexible with costumes if you find some thing at the sale/exchange that is close, but doesn’t fit exactly what they asked for. So come one, come all to the first Christmas Costume Jumble Sale/Exchange.
If you have any questions or would like to help sort, organize, and run the Christmas costume exchange/sale please contact Mrs. Mac at hmcentyre@grace.edu.bd.
Thank you for your help and support!
